Max Walker is a commercial real estate broker with over ten years experience based in Denver, CO.  He has represented major clients such as Southwestern Investment Group, Drake Real Estate Services, AIG, Carlson Land, Embry Partners, and Gibraltar Equity Investments.  Max specializes in income properties and investment sales.  He has represented clients in over $50,000,000 in transactions.  Prior to his brokerage career, Max served as the Economic Development Director for Edgewater, CO served as an economic development specialist in Detroit’s Empowerment Zone program providing business assistance to micro-enterprises in economically distressed neighborhoods, wrote the Master Plan for Olivet College (sister school to Oberlin) and worked for a land developer in Northern Colorado.

Max holds a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management from the Burns School of Real Estate at the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver; a Master of Urban Planning from the Taubman  School of Architecture at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
