Christine S. Latulip, AS, MS

Christine is a principal at Edmund & Wheeler, Inc. a Littleton, NH based Qualified Intermediary. With over 30 years of banking experience, Christine brings a tremendous amount of financial and process precision to the practice of Section 1031 exchanges. She is a graduate
of the National Commercial Lending School and earned a master’s degree in Community Economic Development. Joining Edmund & Wheeler, Inc. in 2003, she has since earned her Certified Exchange Specialist (CES®) designation.

Christine is a 37 year resident of Littleton, NH and is very active in the community serving as Treasurer of the area’s only land trust, Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust and Treasurer of Ammonoosuc Community Health Services, a federally qualified community health center. She is a founding member and past president of the areas only affordable housing organization, Affordable Housing Education and Development, Inc. Christine is an avid hiker and a member of the Appalachian Mountain’s 4000 footer club, climbing all 48 4000’ peaks in New Hampshire.
